Getting patients to accept the care which we, as practitioners, know can benefit them is one of the most challenging, and sometimes frustrating, parts of being a dentist. Our treatment may be fantastic, we may have invested the time for a thorough and well thought-out diagnosis, but until the patient says “yes,” our efforts remain fruitless. And often, the barriers which stand in the way of patient acceptance can be hidden or vague. This webinar will help to identify how patient education can preemptively remove barriers which come up during treatment plan presentation, discuss how to identify and approach patient objections and learn about conflict management to address objections when they arise.
