This presentation addresses key pain points in dental practices, focusing on patient connection relating to effective communication, administrative efficiency, and challenges in revenue management. As we all know, poor communication leads to patient dissatisfaction, administrative tasks consume far too much provider time, and ineffective revenue management results loss in profit loss—and it all culminates in owner burnout. By streamlining administrative processes, practices can increase patient satisfaction and improve practice growth.
