When you deliver an excellent dental care experience, your patients will remain in your practice, they will refer others, and your practice will grow. However, doing this from first impression through case completion can be challenging. We will have discussion around creating consistent, positive experiences for patients in the dental practice.

About the Presenter
Dr. Ian McLean owns a practice with integrated specialty care, and has dedicated his career to serving his community as general dentist in Brighton, CO. Outside of the practice, Dr. McLean guest-lectures to the dental students at his alma mater, the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine and the American Student Dental Association. He has provided continuing education courses at the Rocky Mountain Dental Convention, Colorado Dental Association, Metro Denver Dental Society and the Virginia Dental Association. He is a Regional Clinical Leader for Pacific Dental Services, where he provides practice consulting in northern Colorado, develops clinical guidance and continuing education courses. He also serves on the editorial board for the Dental Academy of Continuing Education, providing peer-review for Dental Economics, Perio-implant Advisory, RDH Magazine and Dentistry IQ. Dr. McLean is dedicated to the advancement of the dental field for the benefit of all parties involved.
