Abstract
The prehuddle yoga flow is a five-to-ten-minute sequence of breathing and movements designed to help release physical and mental tension in order to optimize movement and focus throughout the workday. The goal of this practice is to strengthen overall health and prevent chronic stress. This course will break down each component of the five-to-ten-minute prehuddle yoga flow and discuss the purpose and application of each individual exercise. One healthy decision leads to the next.
