RDH UOR 2013 The art of polishing has turned into the science of polishing over the last few years. Additives in the traditional dental hygiene polishing compounds have evolved to include new abrasives, desensitizing products, and remineralization potentials. Air polishing has not been widely accepted in the US but should. This course will illuminate some of the new polishing theories, products, and techniques using the recently launched Suvi Elite Plus Piezo scaler air slurry polishing unit. Learn how to increase your productivity, satisfy your patients need for smooth slippery teeth, and please your dental hygiene sensibilities.
