The rise of mobile-search, the prevalence of information that is a click away, increased competition, COVID-19 and more. Some of the factors influencing today’s patients are macro and others are micro. Some of them are challenges to overcome and some of them are opportunities to capitalize on. This course is designed to help Dentists understand many of the macro trends and micro influences affecting patient behavior.
