Proper implant placement in the anterior zone to achieve prosthetic esthetics often requires tissue grafting. Invasive grafting with traditional surgical techniques and materials can often lead to recession and esthetic defects. Advances in biomaterial and non-invasive surgery has given the clinician the ability to predictably augment deficiencies while not creating esthetic problems. This course has an aim to teach the participant atraumatic extraction and grafting techniques as well as the latest biologic materials available.
