DE / DACE Webcast December 11, 2017 This webinar, Demystifying Dental Sleep Medicine, will provide an introduction to Sleep Apnea and Sleep Disordered Breathing. In this webinar, we will define the etiology and co-morbidities of Sleep Apnea demonstrating the scope and spread of the disease. We will explore the role of the dentist in screening patients for this disease, explain the role CBCT may have as a diagnostic tool for sleep disorders, and explain the potential dental treatments of sleep apnea and sleep disordered breathing. We will also touch on the business model for dentists’ involvement in treatment.
