As implant dentistry has evolved so has the demand on esthetic outcomes. So many advancements have come about to make the final restorations easier to produce, more routine, and predictable. Although we have material and techniques that can create lifelike beautiful restoration, are the predictable? Most dental seminars deal with the ideal preparation or ideal implant placement where the final outcome is superior in esthetics and function. What about the failures, misplaced implant, damaged implant and the “other dentists” remake?
Rather than showing beautiful esthetic restorations made on optimal tooth or implant alignment. This course will show dental complications where esthetics were not thought to be an option. Both tooth and implant complications will be covered when the non-ideal patient presents, and you have to achieve the most desirable outcome.
